Innovate Finance, the industry body representing the UK FinTech sector, has kicked off 2022 by promoting two senior members of its team.
Hayley Bromilow has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, and Thin Chambers has been appointed to Chief Financial Officer.
Hayley has stepped up to the role of Chief Operating Officer, having spent the past seven years working at Innovate Finance. She joined the organisation as Head of Events and Programmes, and was later promoted to Commercial Director.
Prior to joining Innovate Finance, Hayley spent nearly a decade working in the finance and media sectors holding global events and operations roles – both in London and New York.
Hayley is responsible for the execution of Innovate Finance’s flagship events – the Innovate Finance Global Summit and UK Fintech Week - and leads on the development and implementation of the organisation’s commercial strategies.
Thin Chambers has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. She joined Innovate Finance in 2017 and has been a member of the Board since 1 May 2021. Thin is a qualified FCCA with more than 20 years experience. She is responsible for all finance functions at Innovate Finance.
These two important promotions will allow the organisation to enhance its ability to represent, support, and advocate for its members and the wider FinTech industry.
